Part of the UltraScan suite, US-SOMO (SOlution MOdeler) computes hydrodynamic parameters and small-angle scattering curves from atomic-resolution or bead models of biological macromolecules. It bridges crystallographic and NMR structures with solution data, including SAXS/SANS curve computation and analysis of HPLC-SAXS series.
