simSAXS (B. Lee, APS) simulates small- and wide-angle scattering in 1D or 2D, including GISAXS and GIWAXS geometries. Scattering can be computed from a single particle or from assemblies of particles, making it useful for planning experiments and interpreting nanostructure data.
