The Frank Laboratory of Neutron Physics, Joint Institute for Nuclear
Research, kindly invites you to submit applications for beam time at
the IBR-2 high flux pulsed reactor. The web-site for proposals
submission is located at the address: http://ibr-2.jinr.ru.
The deadline for submission is November 1, 2013.
The beam time will be distributed for the reactor operation cycles in
the period from January to June, 2014 on the basis of the proposal
evaluation results by the Expert Committees and in accordance with the
FLNP JINR User Policy regulations.

The researchers recently performed experiments at IBR-2M instruments
are kindly requested to upload progress reports via the web-site
above, which will be considered at the proposals evaluation.
