The IUCr Commission on Small-Angle Scattering solicited applications from scientific institutions to host the International Small-Angle Scattering Conference in 2021. Completed applications were due by midnight, July 1, 2015. Bids were required to address venue, logistics, delegate accommodation, student support, and local initiatives. The evaluation board comprised chairs of previous SAS conference organising committees and members of the IUCr SAS Commission.
