Dates
17–19 Jan 2013
Location
University of Copenhagen
Type
Conference
As it is the tradition, the meeting will consist of a good mixture of exiting invited and contributed scientific talks, a good poster session that will allow for more in-depth scientific discussions and, of course, a nice dinner giving optimal conditions for networking! -And as usual, the meeting will be focused on Soft Materials as investigated by X-ray, Neutron and Light scattering techniques. The scientific contributions will come from both the Nordic countries and from our collaboration partners. We will do our best to ensure that as much as possible of the exiting science that takes place in the soft matter area in the nordic countries right now is exposed at the meeting. The specific program for the invited speakers will be made available shortly. The full program, including contributed speakers, will be made available two weeks prior to the meeting. Registration and submission of abstracts take place via our homepage: https://indico.nbi.ku.dk/conferenceDisplay.py?ovw=True&confId=517 The deadlines are given below, but please, dear colleagues, sign up as quick as possible to help us get an overview of the practical organization of the meeting. Deadlines: December 20, 2012 (noon): For submitting an abstract for a scientific contribution that is to be considered for an oral presentation January 2, 2012 (midnight): For registration for the meeting and for submitting an abstract for a poster presentation. Unfortunately we will have to charge a participation fee of 80 Euro per person to cover expenses to food ect. We are presently in the process of attracting sponsor support to the meeting. If we are successful, we hope to be able to cover participation fees for MSc and PhD students. Best regards Lise Arleth and Kell Mortensen
