The ausBioSAS workshop aims to improve the proficiency of biologists who are using, or plan to use, small angle scattering techniques in their research. Both new and existing users of SAS techniques are invited to take part, with data collection and analysis forming the core of the workshop content together with exploration of how beamline set up can be improved to achieve maximal experimental outputs. This three-day workshop will see mornings comprising lectures while afternoons will focus on hands-on tutorials. Participants are encouraged to bring their own samples for the practical component of the course with analysis to be undertaken on the Australian Synchrotron SAXS/WAXS Beamline.
