We are pleased to invite applications for our upcoming EMBL Solution
Scattering Course on Macromolecules, taking place in two parts this autumn:
🔹 Online Module: October 6–10, 2025
🔹 On-site Module (for selected participants): November 17–21, 2025 in
Hamburg
This course offers a comprehensive introduction to biological solution
scattering (SAXS/SANS), covering everything from data collection and
processing to advanced modeling and integrative structural biology. The
online module includes lectures, tutorials, and hands-on challenges.
Selected students will be invited to attend a practical in-person
session with a choice of two specialized tracks: beamline operation or
sample preparation.
We encourage advanced PhD students, postdocs, and early-career
researchers to apply.
