---------------
Since 2009, when a first user meeting was held at ISIS, Oxfordshire, UK, scientists working with model membranes by using neutron and X-ray scattering and complementary methods have met to discuss emerging scientific challenges. The last two workshops were held at the ILL, Grenoble, France, in 2011 and 2019 and were called "Bilayers at the ILL - BILL". The aim of the workshop is to bring together researchers working on the physico-chemical characterisation (including structure and dynamics) of lipid bilayers by both experimental and theoretical approaches.
Organising committee:
Marie Skepö, Lund University
Tommy Nylander, Lund University
Hanna Wacklin-Knecht, ESS
Giovanna Fragneto, ILL
